OBESITY IS A MAJOR ISSUE FOR US👀
Hi i am back again with a new post about OBESITY.We all know and facing this,and i see two people in every five people on everyday.This means according to me in our society ,so many people are facing this and they don't think about this ever,because they don't care about their life or health.They always busy in their jobs or daily activities and they don't think about their health.
Why they don't think that causes of obesity they can suffer from so many disease.But they don't care and they take so much fast food,junk foods,oily foods,unhealthy foods even they don't do exercise daily,they wanna live and spent their life only sit on a specific places like office chair,at home,at anywhere...etc..and when they realise that they have gained so much weight and they have got so much fat on their body,they think this whenever it is too late.
And now,they can't do anything ecxept soo much hard workout or diet plan and that is almost impossible for them.
They start care for their body
If they do it already for health so they didn't face this obesity or soo much hardwork.Guys i wanna say that please give a little time to care about your health in your daily life activities,just find time for your health just do workout or daily exercise and just take only healthy food like fresh fruits and green vegetables,don't take fast food or junk food,don't take much oily food always take food according to your limit,just choose so many fruits for your daily diet .Say no to fast foods
Just look your full body image in front of your mirror and think about your body that how unhealthy you are??and just take dicision to do workout for your health to get better personality.Because guys there are so many disease causes obesity even there are so many types of cancer related to obesity.people like..
I am damn sure they always feel stress or so many disease in their body,so guys just do something for your health and pls don't take food like..
Just choose only healthy food for your health.
GUYS I have also done this,because around two years ago i also was of 85kg,bcz i didn't care about my health because of studies or so many works but i was so depressed and i was always think to remove my body fat and my weight lose.and i followed like following steps and now i am only 67 kg.You can also follow these steps if you are..
.since 2017 i am taking green tea daily before sleeping and after one hour to take dinner.
. I have left junk food or unsaturated fat containing food,and oily food,i take this but very little or one day in a week.
.i take too much water daily,it is very important.
.i do daily exercise like push up or pull up etc.
.i go for walk daily.
Simply i do this daily and now i have only 67 kg weight.guys you can take help from apps,there are so many apps for fitness and health.Just do google to get them.

This is very true . It is a big problem and this only because of junk food and less hard work.
Lol, some people are pray for loss their weight and I pray for the opposite. Done me some who are fat here :)
