- Membantu mengurangi / mencegah asma
- Mencegah penyakit kanker
- Mencegah serangan jantung
- Mencegah penyakit strok pada manusia
- Menunda penuaan
- Membantu penyakit atau mengurangi dan mencegah datangnya flu
- Dan bagi orang yang kolesterolnya stabil, makanlah pepaya
