Most men tend to take the care of their body with levity. The young guys fall into this category most times. Alot of reasons to back up this health abandonment, though true, but not an excuse.

A woman might fall for the fun and resourceful part of a man, but trust me, no woman wants to settle for a man whose physical fitness is questionable. Although most women overlook the fact that their man's muscles isn't structured like the ones they watch on Tv; but trust me, no woman would overlook the fact that her man is a total weakling.

In a first thought, the phrase "Nutrition for men" would sound like a two year course, believe me, it's not. Infact, it's just a normal day to day meal you barely pay attention to.

1. Green tea:

A cup of green tea in the morning, helps to prevent major medical illness.

This cannot be over emphasised, a cup of water every morning flushes toxin from the body, regulates body temperature, acts as an insulator for joints and supply the body with crucial materials


3. Milk :

4. Banana:

Apart from the fact that banana serves as food for nutrition, they also improve the production of hormones, increase energy level and spice up desire.


5. Water melon:

Research has proven water melon to serves as a boost to man power and hormones development.

Avocado pear is said to build blood flow. When blood flow and rushed into the penis, the desire to have sex is increased.


Now apart from these eye opening nutrition. It is very necessary to pay attention to exercises.

Have ever seen a woman stare at a man with broad chest? The glimmer in their eyes and the sudden attraction that follows. Women sees a man with taunting muscles as a man fit to protect her. You don't necessarily need to have the broad chest to prove to a woman that you are capable.

There are other resourceful route you would be needed to prove you are fit. And this is where push-up exercise butts in. It build strength across your chest to your arms. As Pressure is placed on the muscles it prompts it to expand and build strength to capacitate with the pressure mounted on it.

If you push further from 20 push-ups to 30 push-ups, so your muscles expand and collate to adjust to the pressure placed on it.

not many guys buy this idea. A gym house is not just for the purpose of elastic muscles. The right facilities and instructor is a perfect spot to build your fitness and expose lots of exercise that keeps you fit. The gym summarizes all other exercise I would want to list here... Some women would throw the question at you, many others would not. But the fact remains that it's a question welled in their minds. If you don't, they'd wish you did, some might overlook, but not to fact that you are not fit health-wise.

"Do you gym?"

They might ask.

Most women are suckers for abs, but mind you, it shouldn't be your aim to look fit. A proper gym exercise, along side a good instructor, would help you build your muscles and increase your pace.
A good instructor would also reveal exercises that would enable eased blood flow and body regulation.
