How to Stay Healthy and Young; Keeping Obesity away

We all wants to be healthy and enjoy our life. Who can dislike staying young for a long time? Everybody wants to grow healthy, young and strong.

Obesity is a menace we all should keep it at bay. It attracts a lot of diseases which are very harmful for our quality life. Its main cause is our inactivity and intake of food much more than our requirement of the body. High intake of calories without burning it through activity results in accumulation of fat in our body. This high level of fat makes our body more prone to following risks;

(a) Cardiovascular attack

(b) Diabetes type-2

(c) High blood pressure

(d) Less immunity against germs

(e) Anxiety and depression

How can we minimize the risks?

As we age several changes take place in working and composition of our body. A little over early thirties our muscles become weak with accumulation of fat instead of protein. We can minimize the effects of ageing through exercise and constant healthy activities.

Exercise

Exercise is the best way to improve our fitness and resistance against harmful germs. It provides the way to burn the extra calories and provides strength to our body. It improves digestion and resultantly our mood.

Running

It is the most common and best way to give strength to our body. It improves muscles elasticity and strengthen the tissues. A lot of extra calories are burned through it and protein level is increased in muscles formation.

Swimming

Swimming is also very helpful in burning extra fat. It involves a lot of physical activity and strength thus improving our body strength and endurance.

Cycling

If we even take cycling a hobby still it has enormous benefits for our body. It provides freshness and relax our mood from anxiety and depression.

Sports like basketball, football and hockey also have enormous benefits for health and mind. They burn so much calories and reduce fat as they require high level of physical activity.

A healthy meal is a direct way to stay healthy and young. Fresh fruits and vegetables have uncountable blessings to our heart, mind, and body.

Always eat fresh fruits and live a life full of energy and activity. This is a gateway to be healthy and young.
