I'm so glad to be making my first post from the airclinic platform, its really a beautiful experience that makes me feel healthier, thanks to @nairadaddy and the @air-clinic crew.

The importance of having a good beginning is one that is obvious and general as we all know that this forms the foundation if subsequent things. I would just like to share some points of how i start my day in a healthy way to ensure maximum productivity and vitality.

  • Wake early:

This seems to be a good secret, waking up early helps you stay coordinated during your morning hours as you are not pressured into rushing your morning tasks.

It gives you time to reflect and plan, this brings some calm, satisfaction and the feeling of being in charge of your day.

  • Drink Water:

Apart from my regular singing which is improved when I'm hydrated, drinking water early in the day has proven to be a good way to set your systems and organs up for a productive day. It keeps you hydrated, energized and gives a feeling that your internals have been flushed.

This is refreshing and a good habit to learn

  • Exercise:

This is very important to our wellbeing but the challenge for many has been how to incorporate this into their daily routines. Personally, on my way to work, i work the first 20minutes which is supposed to be a 50Naira distance on a bus.

This helps exercise my muscles and body coordination as i begin my day. Getting a good way to incorporate exercise into your day is a progressive step towards a more healthy life.

  • Smile:

This seems to not to sound like a medical statement, however research has shown that

"Smiling activates neural messaging that benefits your health and happiness. Certain feel-good neurotransmitters such as dopamine and endorphins are all released when a smile is on your face.

Putting on a smile helps lower blood pressure thereby helping you start your day healthy. Personally, i like it because it helps brighten other people around you also.

I hope that if you learn to put these things i have discovered personally, you would be healthy and have a better life.
