Very interesting, I never knew that about the green vegetables. Sometimes in the summer if I am feeling down and tired I will blanch milkwèed and eat it then drink the water like it is a tea. I always thought it was the iron that made me feel as though I had more energy.

this means increasing your knowledge @not-a-robot I think as you do that is good enough to increase the stamina lost from the body.
