Insomnia, or sleep disorders that make it hard to fall asleep when you should sleep, is more than just annoying. Insomnia can be a serious health disorder. People who experience insomnia 10x are more susceptible to depression than those who sleep well.

Although only briefly, sleep disorders can cause you to feel tired during the day and easily irritated or offended. Insomniacs will find it difficult to stay focused, make decisions, or remember something.
