Apple 繼續為 AirPort 網絡裝置推出安全性更新
Apple 於上年已經正式停產 AirPort 網絡裝置，包括：AirPort Express、AirPort Extreme 和 AirPort Time Capsule，全線 AirPort 產品已於 Apple Store 下架，取而代之是與 Linksys 合作，售賣全新的 Mesh Router，而 Apple 的 AirPort 團隊亦已經解散，AirPort 產品應該會從此絕跡。
雖然如此，但 Apple 仍繼續為 AirPort 推出系統更新。最近 Apple 發放了 AirPort 7.8.1 版本的系統更新，修復了多項的安全性問題，減低裝置受到網絡攻擊的機會。AirPort 的用家只需透過 iOS 或 macOS 的 AirPort Utility，即可為 AirPort 進行系統更新。
