Quess? How I'm Celebrating Steemit Hardfork 19

I first saw the hardfork notification on steemd.com about a week ago and i was perplex as all i knew of hardfork was the on going battle in the bitcoin community. There, they seemed to be a misunderstanding nagging on, between those opposing and proposing the motion for an upgrade.

In the steemit community, everyone was in revelry anxiously waiting for this upgrade to come. It was @maryflavour that gave me the explanation like every mentor should, on the gains on of the hardfork. She went further to enlighten me on what a softfork is too.

For the past week alone, i haven't posted any stories but i was resteeming though, i had to recruit new steemit users and now to celebrating the hardfork 19. I brought with me a poem, a skeptical prospect i have being talking to wrote. Show this post love that he would witness the power the steemit community musters.

    Where are we standing? What are we doing?  I always hear that silence is an action Seriously, is it also a luxury? And my neighbor's voice, a jewelry?  Should we all be busy with silence, Or fight, build bridges, and build resilience? Is this the reason we don't get involved?  The same reason we lean back on the wall, and watch injustice, broken peace, and disjointed noises in the streets?  Even with the lawyers, the Judges, the law,  and the police, pastors and priests...  What's been the accomplishment? A lot of talents and energy,  yet a lot of resentment. A lot of opinions, yet a lot of confusion.  What's the solution? But what's my intention? Do I want a big house,  build walls and keep the people outside? Do I want to dress like,  walk like, talk like... and stay inside? What happens to the rest outside?  Is a privilege to stay alive, how about the less privileged, the poor &  the "dead-alive"? Aren't we sick and tired of being on the "other side"?  How can we ever get a dose of a black man's peace?
