Why a man needs to ejaculate at least once every 3 days

IVF clinics around the world know that 3 days after ejaculating, the quality of a mans semen reaches its peak. This is why IVF clinics ask men to ejaculate 3 days before their appointment to deposit their sperm.

If a mans sperms quality peaks at day 3, then nature tells us he is at his most fertile 3 days after his last ejaculation. Another reason that this 3 day cycle exists is to keep a mans prostate in peak health. The prostate is the key to healthy sperm production and by ejaculating the healthy sperm every 3 days, the body can then produce another quality batch, thus keeping the prostate functioning as it should. Some researchers even suggest a man should ejaculate at least 6 times a week, but every 3 days is enough.

This natural cycle is the main reason why the average couple has sex 2.5 times per week. It is driven by the mans desire / need to ejaculate at least once every 3 days as his sperm quality peaks. It does not matter how old he is as long as he is in good health.

If an average man holds off ejaculating for 3 days, strange things happen to his brain. The day after sex, he is satisfied. By day 2 he is thinking more and more about sex. By day 3, he feels a very strong urge to come again. If he doesn’t, by day 4, his sex radar starts to turn up. His sex radar is how much his eyes wander as his urge to have sex increases. If a woman stops having sex with the average healthy male, its bad all round. The man is in a permanently horny state. His fantasies go wild and he could get addicted to porn. A woman does not have to have a full sex session to keep him happy. Hand and blow jobs are fine.

And the moral of this story is, Look after your man if you want to keep him. Life is too short, have lots of sex.
