I'm no good at change. It scares me and I even actually feel anxious just thinking about changing my daily habits, even if that's something as small as not having a cup of coffee as soon as I wake up.
I try to make little changes. Little and often. That's the best I can do at the moment.
Anxiety is a real bitch. I'm sorry to hear that. Wishing you much wellness in the future. xx
