Hello. On a seperate post, (someone else's), you asked for ways to help earn on steemit. I am not sure what you are looking for. To earn money on steemit you need to grow following, and get recognized as someone who will provide good content and information that people are interested in. So here are a few tips:

1. Do not plagiarize, (copy and paste) someone else's story, picture or video. It is fine to use a little bit of the story to introduce it to people, then say why you think this is an important story to look at or video to view. Let your audience know why you picked the story to present to them, or video, or why you shared the picture.
2. When you are new and just starting out, do not become resteem happy. You want people to look at and vote on your content, to do that the people need to be able to see your content. Resteeming is fine, just try not to over do it, or all of your content gets hard to find, and as a new user you want people to see your thoughts.
3. Visit other peoples pages that have content that you are interested in. Read their content, if you liked their content, leave a real comment, something that lets the person know you read it, and liked what they had to say. As a new user you really need to avoid the 2 or 3 word comment. Leave at least two full sentence comments. If you leave a comment on a person's post you should vote for their post.
4. As a new user, you have limited vote power, thats SteemPower, (SP). You should not waste that precious power on voting for yourself especially voting for yourself on a comment you leave on another persons post. Vote for their post, not your comment. If you plan on doing something every day on steemit then you really must be careful about how much you vote, and limit it to 10-15 times a day.
