Chines New Year is?

Chinese New Year is also known as Spring Festival, and one of the Lunar New Years in Asia.
The first day of the New Year falls on the new moon between 21 Jan and 20 Feb. In 2018, the Lunar New Year was celebrated on Friday, February 16.

And February 16 was also the 11th birthday of my brother, the only son of the family " Reign Travis Nathan C. Ocier".

First Stop at Taoist Temple...

First time to celebrate Chinese New Year at this very nice and amzing place.

Taoist Temple is a solemn and peace place. You can wish there in their wishing well. The place is very nice to bond with your family. But there are some place that you cannot take photo so be careful with your doings.
They don't have entrance fee. You can stay there as much time as you can. And have happy moment with your loved ones.

San Perdro Calungsod

San Pedro Calungsod or Peter Calungsod. Saint Peter Calungsod was born on July 21, 1654 and died on April 02, 1672 at the age of 17 years old. He was camonized on October 21, 2012 at St. Peter's Basilica.

We went here to say thank you for the blessings that we've received and to pray and wish for the birthday of my brother.

After Church...

SM Seaside

SM Seaside is a large shopping mall. It opened on November 27, 2015, exactly 22 years after SM City Cebu which opened in 1993.

My brother requested to went here to do skating which was actually his wish to have an experienced inside the skating rink. And it was granted on the day of his birthday.

As I saw his smile, I was touched seeing him happy knowing that I did something to make his day complete.
