You are what you eat. Sligishness isn't natural its an environment without stimulus.

Today We are going to be cooking in the kitchen.

It's cloudy outside. Gloomy, cold and uninviting. But you go out anyways because you know you have to keep the grind going. Take that jog or read that next page.

Broccoli

Spinach

Sweet Potato

Seeds (Sesame, Flex, sunflower!)

shiitake Mushrooms/ Pinto Beans

Brazilian Nuts...

It can look something like this

Add Chicken breast, sardines, salmon for more selenium. This will help balance the body and get you out of a physiological depressive mood.
