Ive been in the same situation, taking the same actions of "change" over and over with the same results. Sometimes i think we just say we are going to change, because that seems like the right thing to do, what everyone else wants us to do. Thats why we end up with the same results, when trying to change for everyone else. Its not until WE ourselfs are actually ready for change that we actually begin to see results.
