Leather Tanning - Tannery

The earliest process in making leather wallets is to take cowhide and then tanning with leather. In this initial process, the thing to do is ;

• Washing animal skins.
• Dry the skin by drying it.
• The process of removing the feathers (removing feathers).
• The process of preservation.

Pattern or Design Creation.

After tanned and colored, cowhide is ready to be made design patterns or wallet model. Currently the cutting process still uses the traditional technique of making patterns on paper / carton manually and then cut it by using a special blade, special scissors or cutter.

The wallet that has been made pattern then started cutting by using cutter, knife and scissors

Once done cut off the pattern. The wallet is then collected in sheet form and ready to be given the logo by means of embossed.

Emboss result.

Wallet then in emboss using emboss machine. So it will produce good emboss results.

Tailoring Process.

After the wallet is finished and cut, then the next step is to sew skin or sewing process. The sewing process is done by using sewing machine manually or by hand. The accuracy and suture of sewing depends on the skill of the tailor.

Completed Wallet.

After the sewing, the wallet was finished and ready to be marketed and sold.
