Guys help me out!!

Hello fellow steemians, i am Nabila and i am from Bangladesh. I have been using steemit for quite some time but havent inttoduced myself properly.
So, i am an entrepreneur and a former national basketball player. I have lead my country for around three years but had to retire due to injuries.Also, i was the captain of the first ever women's basketball team of Bangladesh. I have been trying to set up a restaurant recently and for that i need your help.

I am planning on opening a chinese restaurant. And a lot of the dishes require fermented sauces.Being a muslim i need to make sure that the fermentation process the sauce companies use are natural. Fermentation can be done through the adsition of alchohol in which case it wont be halal. So basically i am looking for halal sauce companies.

For eg i am looking for tianmianjiang , fermented black bean paste, gochojang.

Guys, i really need your help. Although i started using steemit for money.but i dont need money from this post particularly. I just need to reach out to the chinese muslim community as much as possible so that i can get their help.
