Great post. Definitely interesting to me. I'm curious about how the study was done. Was this calculated off a large number of factors (Identity theft rates in the location, linguistic attributions, Network Traffic Origin, etc..), or is this all based on the attacker's IP address? Was TOR and VPN traffic accounted for?
Or is this a ranking of which country's hackers get caught the most frequently?
