My fitness health journey. My gym life.. Hello everyone.. hi steemians and followers.. here's a picture I took at the gym.I had really good workout today..
Renegade row push up with dumbbells Get into push up position with a dumbbell in each hand. Perform a push up and then stay in the up position .Place them on the ground about shoulder width apart. Shift your weight to your right side. And row the left hand dumbbell to your side. with them just outside your chest. Thank you for dropping by.. Until next time..
