The road to success in the gym.

I have been training for 5 years, and I can say that today after so much sacrifice I have a very good body conditioned and envied by many people. the glory that generates having something that few people can reach is indescribable, the sacrifice and the discipline that it requires is of an admirable level, for that reason I want to help them achieve their goals in the world of fitness, to transmit what I was learning along the years.

To succeed and achieve your goals in the gym you have to know 3 fundamental things, the 3 pillars of the road to success, all of equal importance: DIET, TRAINING, REST.
only that.

DIET: Learn and look for how to put together a good food plan, do not look for specific diets, learn, study on your own, and put together a food plan according to your needs. in the future I will be uploading to my blog the basic knowledge to build a diet.
TRAINING: A good training routine that touches all the muscles throughout the week is essential. It is not necessary to attend 4 hours a day every day. with a routine of 3 days of 2 muscles per day are more than enough. I will surely be teaching basic routines to start training correctly.
REST: Equally important that the previous 2, rest is essential. the muscle is created while we rest with a good diet after a good workout. sleeping 7 or 8 hours a day is very important, and leave 48 hours of rest between training sessions to let the muscle recover properly.

To finish I want to say that this is a triangular structure where if one of the 3 fundamental pillars is not carried out correctly all the sacrifice that we make in the other 2 pillars will serve little and nothing.
