16.1 I see no real 100% democracy even in 2016 today. Every countries running by any particular system is imperfect and yet we will only enlarge the cons of each other and cover the logical reasoning and methods available that today is easily implementable with the level of technology we had. All for the gains of 1%. The focus on political power and economy using legislation in laws are forever one step behind to ensure the advantage of minority over the majority.
16.2 The China issue is not so much about democracy/human rights but how much can they had improved till today in such a short time and their current system is proven to be right for this country. Yes. freedom, media control, human rights issue, corruption, injustice are still prevailing but until the rest of the world can stop trading with them or willing to send army in to take over then its pointless to keep talking but rather try and change them faster for the better.
16.3 Democracy had started on a stage of one people one vote in the west and let the majority of people decide. We had set legal age limit on when you can vote through logical reasoning but yet failed to move to next stage when our evolution required a more responsive, rational democratic system. It will need to take into considerations of factors like age ( why a first time voter young man had same voting right as a 70 grandfather contributing.), qualification(professional of all fields can have their own associations or NGOs globally and yet experts view are so minimized and influenced so great greatly by political parties or corporations. We are fast to create profits with bad products and services but take how long to stop or control them (tobacco, bacon and ham and now wifi) Always selling to the poorly informed common people for our convenience of quick profit.
16.4 The format of using western developed countries as a model that they are the current best should not be defined 10/10 but rather what else in term of possibility of IT we use to enhance as the correct perfect score. Then this will also bring the developing nations to accelerate faster for improvements. Eg laws should be enforced using all available statistic on a dashboard to put into stricter punishment when certain crime reach certain level and decrease accordingly if necessary (low possibility again as our population increase worldwide only increase crime rate with more criminals of all kinds).eg Even traffic fines should be based on % of income reported or assets instead of fixed amount that is so unfair to the poor and won't hinder the rich behaviour.

16.5 The main cons of democracy is that 1. as long majority of people allowed, there is few mechanism to stop our current system from implementing new rules that are totally wrong morally, logically or rationally. There need to be same counter force to prevent wrong judgement. The scale of moral and populism must be managed evenly. 2. the term of 2-5 year of any election is too long to wait for next better option and too hard to bring them any elected ones. Look at the poll figures for any person in elected position for any countries in this century and you realized how hard is it to name one person who exit on non-popularity issue. So what incentive is there to be good man all the way when we can have restrictive terms on reasonable doubts to rotate officers but public can't even rate them properly to bring them down fast enough when required based on few bad decisions. We can have millions of transactions daily trading in miliiseconds and yet don't even have people based KPIs rating on all government servants like the rating on bank clerk or Mac cashier with a smiley or grumpy face? Even S & P or Moody standards are what we supposed to be paid by govt and yet till the day banks crushes the rating is still good as even for they are paid by their big bank customers.
16.6 The fault lines of democracy are so clear cut and yet logical reasoning on simple problems that explode into headlines will take years to solve. IT will need be used intensively to help people manage the government errors that results in huge monetary and environmental losses to the people. We are still living in the world where in any countries there is no index to know exactly how many people are there alive, gonna be dead or given birth soon. People are missing in Flight like MH370 and Harry porter name can even come out in the Panama Paper. These solutions won't need scientist to come out with and preventive step can easily be written and modified by experts, but never instant to implement. Justice will never come fast enough and might even take forever while crime take only seconds to commit. Protest and riots are too slow or even easily suppress to make real impact. The level of colluding by govts on a level never will be open to public unless wikileak happen is what we can wish for now. Therefore any fight of democracy, human rights, justice, transparency, climate, animal rights etc are all only tools to bring either left, right or center party in any government down but they all have certain level constraints here or there to individuals. The participation rate of any voting that is so hard to reach the 2/3 or 3/4 level is indications of how dishearten people are really. Life goes on when good and bad event is still 50/50 in any country. The chance any of us get kill in school or by police in US or by China government is the same. I'm lucky to be born in one of those country singapore that neither will EVER happen. Privilege only for 5m and rich ones who can migrate here and yet restricted by sovereignty when choosing a leader to lead by example elsewhere. Case of so successful on international scale and yet silence on global issues to avoid earning the irks of trading partners. Moral obligations that can be proven logically and with available statistics must be integrated into IT for the only solutions to solve all global issues with results in sight.

16.7 You can build an organization to implement basic policies from monetary, law, health, transport, military, etc. Many third world countries are not in the UN. Starting as a free platform where we gather the best constitution, policies, regulations, laws and systems around the world, we can help improve the lives of many in terms of their environments. I live in Singapore where issues on gun, racial, corruption and other social problem are so rare that many can only admire but seem impossible in their own country. But by combining the Pros of each successful one and provide them to third world countries as a template will surely improve their living standard much faster. A lot of resistance are from governments and therefore the change need to start from the top before companies can build up a feasible economy. Despite having seen many politicians holding the highest position in their own countries, NONE even if successful one eg LKY is able to guide another country out of poverty. Many retired politicians should be gather to form a league of advisors to guide or mentor those that need help.

17 Create Common legal system based on progressive International Standards implementation

Too many laws in the world are based on individual culture, race or religion or location.

In different countries like India for example having rape as a crime running out of control should have death sentences melted out if convicted once the statistic in that country shows eg. More than 1 rape per day. I do support the motion of no death penalty regardless of crime committed. But this should be implemented on a case by case basic with statistic to be taken into consideration.

An international legal registry to keep record of all contracts entered and cases lodged. This will facilitate international trade, provide transparency, accountability to the public. Only terms and conditions need to be disclosed to public. PDF copy(with electronic notarization, video attached, copy of ID of individual or company registration etc) will have same legal binding as hardcopy. Verification in B2B platform like Alibaba still do not offer the complete collection of documents required.

For all cases lodged to police/court, the classification should at least be revealed to the public and when case closed, all details reveal to the public for rating.

In the third world countries where majority people don’t even know what is democracy, minimum wages or human rights etc, a simpler set of rule should be developed to stay relevant to the current condition and with more education and knowledge being impaired to the poor, they will be able to also know the next stage of development expected for them.

The financial market is too complicated for the common people to understand n profit only those few % undeservedly. Capitalism had lost its purpose where millionaires are created more than improving the low income worker wages. Although my target crowd belong to the lowest income out of the 7 billion worldwide, but the potential to increase their income to eg USD $7 per hour compare to US current proposed $15 is good enough. By ensuring these group of people reach this new level of minimum wages and the potential of giving them a 20 yr loan for us to better manage their life improvement process in basic housing, food, work creation etc is motivation enough for all.

In the process of forming the ideal structure, we will still need to play by the rules laid in each country, but at the same time optimize the available loopholes which we will need to grow into what we expect. For each country, the marketing will differ according to the demographic. Target market is the all countries.

•    18.1 a business model in which all employees/consumers can donate to become stakeholders. Major donation from individual or MNC will only be in profit sharing( but not management. In any sector involved, 49% will be the max market share to prevent monopoly and give room for invention that some may wish to make more profit before we create alternatives. For all product and services that we paid for from the 99% of the population, they will not own any ownership, only contributing profit to the wealthy. Eg drink coke all your lifetime and what do they give you back for your support. 
    18.2 Company policy on every individual in position personal aim to earn a million dollar eg capped personal asset at eg.$1m and after which more profit are required that they spend more/invest/donate to company through various program. Setting a ratio between the highest salary and lowest. When most employees meet their personal financial goal, wealth sharing with the social programs.

But they are involved only in paying tax for it or contribute to the growing profits of their businesses but don’t bother much about contributing much back to the social or environment. No NGO or even the biggest MNCs in the world can solve this issue and the solution is to create a much bigger Entity powered by the people to instantly stop all those illegal and non-environmental friendly practices. Just look at the noise create by NGOs or UN human rights etc that their agenda will take much longer time/but never accomplish much due to whatsoever reasons or factors. Building a structure that encompass the poor and middle income which will create more synergy in boycotting any type of corporation or government by cutting off their main income to push for solutions feasible but not implemented.
  

•    18.5 The focus of SME should be to provide better services/ product in quality to last and not thinking more of cutting corners to provide lower quality at lower cost to breakeven.  
  

•    18.6 Promote loyalty to supplier and customer who will in turn be a strong base for combating major economic and environmental issues when we are able to be self-sufficient and offer resistance to incorrect government policies or MNCs practices. Eg Artic drilling or Monsanto. Only the ability to shift demand at will can ethical recognized scientists make impact in the decision making process of these corporations that we as consumers are able to boycott in mass on cutting their income for those we rendered unacceptable.
  

•     18.7 All policies, rules and regulation, legal/employee contract, software requirement will use the MNCs as benchmark for SMEs and at every stage of their growth, all these support will be there for them instead of individually each need to customize accordingly with additional expenses. There are many softwares, technologies available that individual on the lower ground will need spend lot of resources to get the right one and we should help cut their time and effort through the trial and error processes.

This can also easily solve the income inequality and slavery issues where hard work will be compensated on a fair scale. QE printing more currency does not solve the real problems of the poor but only ensure the top chain continue to profit at the expense of people. Like in any game you can use any currency to pay for credits to play/ buy equipment etc, these credits when soon get big enough users will phrase out the physical currency and we will have more more chips to declared an universal currency using the blockchain or bitcoin system.

19.1 Wats app: currently it can show yr location and position too. Need translation feature. Main language of English,chinese, french, spainsh, Malay, etc into any other language of the other party. Eg language efficiency through self learning, home maids, car mechanic, cooks, waitress, tutor, street vendors, kids who learn through parent’s trade from young, those in illegal trade etc. A more comprehensive platform which is able cover all aspect of human activities and put them on path of career growth to grow individual finance and increase GDP instead of being a black market economy. Just like we now need to create jobs where people are paid to shop n evaluate, same can be done for those under universal income that as long they account for all their expenses in our system, they can be considered contributing too. Even those out of work wandering on the street, with basic training can be given additional income as public security officers or cleaners picking up garbage.

21 Community
A portal which required all to register their household members in an estate. Create stronger community where one can get to know more about their neighbors. Sharing basic info like occupation, age, hobbies etc. With forum n chatroom feature for interaction. Volunteers can work in giving counselling advice based on their profession or even on family matters. Organizing events. Should be started on the grassroot level. Election of respectable person to head families group, community, town or village etc instead of only during general election.

Need create a credible procedure in which governing bodies/ education institutes will be willing to join in the accreditation process n at the same time earn a minimal fee. Can include skill learned, awards, events attended, sport grading, association, union, social group etc. Any bodies which issue certificates can join

For all the news that are being reported daily on the internet, newspaper, or TV, many are just raised awareness of certain issues only and don't really translate in actions. Polls or surveys are just tools of politicians or businesses to gain more support/sales. By targeting specific requirement for changes and implementation from a registered group of individual who exercise their rights, we can speed up more changes in developed or developing countries. 25 Technology
25.1 Be it basic accounting software, ERP, CRM, POS etc systems available in all different forms and functions, many are too expensive for small business. Since free version of all sort of applications are available, specific customized version FOC can be offered by us written free by the open source community and recommended after reviews. We should focus on making use of the latest technology in offering the best and most economical way to the public rather than for profit only. If OpenOffice can be done for free out of MS Office, no reason other software can’t be done with open source code and if required certain fund should be allocated to promote this area.

25.2 In the age of internet where information can spread like wild fire and recognized to influence government policies, we should start to work on the top of the chain first. And that's the governance of each of the countries in the world. Different category (1-10) of constitution laws, rules, policies should be set and agreed upon since the constitutions of all different countries varies. Rather than looking every political systems as a whole and try implementation on others which will face great resistance, we should breakdown every single component and identify the similarity which all can agree with for a start. How detailed each component or type of system which each countries preferred to follow will be furthered filtered down to be acknowledged or implemented. Expert vs leadership.

25.3 With the rights of each individual on earth taken into consideration and giving their vote on all the issues that matters to them directly or indirectly, we can all surely move forward and create another milestone in human civilization. Starting from how to “identify all human beings on earth having a right to exist regardless of race, language or religion”. Setting weightage on each vote according to their profile will ensure a more effective and fair results.

26 Unemployment
Many countries with social benefits are giving monthly handouts to unemployed. Instead, profitable businesses or government agencies should employ excess in areas where they only pay minimum per hours basis for those unemployed they hired as a % of their profit. It can be mandate jobs or as a pool of spare resources which they can find better staff to replace current ones. In every country, a minimum monthly or per hour wages should be set for every citizen to work in. Every individual have their own set of qualification or skills that are makes it impossible that each sound minded, physical enabled adult have total redundancy in any scope of work.

Taking part in trials test are also a good source of income for the unemployed. Enlarging the pool size for more credible results and help keep the unemployed and poor better off than getting social benefit only.

27 Public live webcam/Traceability
Build in to connect directly to cloud server by LAN or WIFI, Solar power/battery/electricity.
As the next level of gaining public trust/ISO standard, the next level of transparency which is possible is through installing of webcam in companies. Crucial production areas or service providing area should be record and available to be viewed online by the public.
we go to a restaurant and can see how the food ordered is being prepared. Down to the ingredient used can trace to know who is the supplier (how is the fish caught, vegetable grown, meat killing and processing, coffee or tea grown from where etc) WHO will be able to trace virus outbreak more easily too.
-for international commercial dealings we usually need to verify if a supplier is real and been in operation at the location. The length of webcam recording will show how long they are established, production line to see how product is made,etc. No longer will physical traveling by human be made necessary and cut down on business traveling. 28 Manufacturing sector Universal appliances
How many type of wall socket we have? Do we have to admire the invention of the world wide adaptor plug or laugh at the inability to have one type of wall socket, plug or connector? I’m for the later. This had nothing to do with technology advancement but purely wastage of resources for the selfish protection of own brand or identity or standard. If Iphone use Samsung phone changer or vice versa, does it really matter? But in term of production facility why so much more will need to be wasted. No matter how advance we can go in term of science or technology, simple solutions are most of the time not implemented due to indirect reasons. Our civilization advanced to the stage where we don’t need to grow our own food to eat, know how to build a house to sleep or build a car to travel, we use synergy to use talent of small group of people to perform specific task for the majority. We all focus on own area of expertise and flourish together. Not backward where a customer will only buy your product with his home-made adapter and demand your appliance fit his before he made a purchase.

We should start building and design products based on durability which every household in the world should have to cut wastage in resource and cost. Only then should we have variety and wish everyone can own it in future. Many basic items/services should not be unavailable to the poorest man on earth while we keep progressing with improvement in technologies that are unknown to most. We go back to the simple century old question why water/food/shelter is still not accessible to the poorest despite every proudest moment we can proclaim.

Given the large pool of unemployment that graduated from any universities and mass layoffs working in large corporations, these people who are increasing in numbers are good reasons that we can utilized them to be involved in all type of trade and create a new economy.

The objective and priority is to start off with consultation for the overall system of governance and approach countries with the lowest GDP per person for implementation with the assistance of volunteers in the field of politics, education, technology, construction, climate, media, legal, medical etc. Once the universal platform of communication is created to register individual, then we can move on to officially create a website to collect funding from the public, SMEs, MNCs and partner with NGOs. The target is to reduce poverty and raise their living standards while educating them in how to close up on income gap and create prosperity in their community. When the GDP raise, purchasing power of the people will increase market size. The agriculture sector will be focus on since most poor are farmers and uneducated, yet they are most important in our food chain supply and often most underpaid.

The strength by gathering the collective rights of the poorest people will enable us to move forward faster than NGO or charities alone. Based on the meritocracy and latest available development of technology (open source based) to create systematic government which is accountable, transparent and not prone to red tape or corruption. Going from a top down approach with proper guidance in governments will be much more efficient and with better coordination of ground work done by volunteers now, the result will be more significant. The new corporation will be created to be not because its' too big to fall but with the support of/owned by the majority of people and influence any major events happening in the world, and backed by expertise of the relevant areas. All risks and possible consequences will be rationally educated to the public first to get their approval instead of interest based research by government or corporations.

30 Retired.Org
Most retired are helping out in NGOs or charities work. Therefore if we can form a registry to directly organize them together and form projects based on their experience and field will ensure they can still contribute their work for the society at their own pace. Retired professionals will form a vast pool of management resources who will have time and energy to help further our causes at no cost. For those that required financial help, we can pay them rates based on the contribution they have done accordingly. Any ex-president who are willing and able to manage another third world country will be my view of the failure of UN and the Exs I view so nonsensical to be restricted by citizenship despite the democracy and freedom they preached.

31 How to draw users/registration
