Insightful review. I don't understand how this gun is useful for training for the tiny PPK. I returned my old PP because it only worked reliably with high-velocity ammo that burned my hand every time the slide opened!

Thanks - now that I take a better look at Walther's catalog, the P22 was probably intended as a training version of the PPQ, not the PPK. This is the only Walther I've owned, so I probably should have done a little more research on its design history.
