I could remember the sufa note you mention above, then during choir rehearser in church, we almost all the time began our songs on that notes, do, re, mi, f, s, l, ti, do, hope i got them correctly. I also had to use it during a few days i picked interest in learning guitar with a friend, i only had few days practice with him, then he relocated so we could not have time to continue, this actually buried my enthusiastic interest because i wasn't doing very well practicing on my own.
