Guam 🇬🇺 Playing 🐒 in the Middle

Trump's words may often be taken with a grain of salt but he's definitely a guy known to jump head first without looking

Guam has had its share of mishaps, especially being a non self governing territory. It's often used as a bargain chip in wars between the US and its enemies

First occupied by conquistadors in the 1500s, Spain 🇪🇸 later gave up the island to America after the war in the lay 1890s. It was then taken over by Japan 🇯🇵 in the 1940s after the bombing of Pearl Harbor. During which, its people suffered public executions, rape and other savage atrocities.

It would seem as though Guam is the most obvious target 🎯 for N Korea since the inhabitants of the island are US citizens by birth.

Let's hope the cycle doesn't continue with the latest dick measuring competition between the US and its more recent foe
