I am sorry for your friend, but our funds go to orphans without adequate clothing, food or shelter or even toilets in some cases, and sick and dying adults and generally we only work with projects where a modest amount can affect many people in devastating conditions. I am sorry for your friend, but leaving university over a fee is not the level of support we can provide, when children without parents have not enough food or even any food at all. We do not so far, take on any mission for only a single individual at a time who probably has something to eat today from the sound of it.
Other initiatives around the platform may exist, or you could begin a campaign of your own on her behalf.
