Idiot's guide to foil windsurfing and garden update

Have been away filming many things during the last few weeks and one project was to begin the 'Idiots guide to Foiling'.

Ben Proffitt from Windsurfing.tv begans his own journey to learning how to foil. He was so excited about the challenge that he went the very next day.

Incredibly he managed to learn the art of gybing up on the foil in these two sessions. Admittedly he had perfect conditions to learn and as the films show the buzz from foiling is addictive!!

In the garden produce has continued to grow with tomatoes, courgettes, leafy greens, carrots, peppers, beans and peas all going crazy!! I've air dried and strung up the garlic, shallots and onions ready for the winter use and soon the squash and pumpkins will be coming in. Keep up with it all at Bunty's Blog
