@maryfavour for @redfishpillar.

Thank you ma, i will check it

This is an important topic to be discussed. By using it as a form of competition people may now be motivated enough to research it :)
I like this type of challenge, even losers wins. You may miss the SBD reward but you've gotten the knowledge. Information they say is power. So fellow minnows, the floor is hereby declared open.

Thank you, @greenrun. Honestly, I was a little bit apprehensive about how prospective participants will see the contest.What gave me the confidence to carry on is that we are all at risk of hypertension, rich or poor. The cardiovascular disease is no respecter of race, status or age.

I couldn't agree more.

It is a deadly affair and if all it takes to shine a beacon of light is some SBD rain from a benevolent steemian, so be it. I am in full support of this contest.

Yes, it is a deadly affair. No wonder hypertension is called the silent killer. It destroys many lives even before know. Unfortunately, there is no cure and the condition is very expensive to manage, especially in a poor resource setting such as Nigeria. I feel it's high time, as a public health scientist, to begin to use any of my blogs to discuss important public health issues.
I appreciate your fully supporting the contest.

I have a phobia for incurable illnesses. I'm just content with treating malaria every now and then

Thank you @redfishpillar, @maryfavour. I think I might know a thing or two about this.

You are welcome to participate, @pangoli. I would be pleased to confirm and read your entry. Keep steeming!

please I hope i am safe. My steemit face is now green and black. Well, no one has used my laptop so i bet I am safe.

This is a good topic of best research and information for both young and old. I always get cautions about eating too much sugar, too this, too much that, all to prevent Hypertension and I think its something that is hereditary prone.
Thank you for bring this new topic up. I will look out to learn more.

Hello @redfishpillar

Thanks for giving people an opportunity like this. Hypertension is a common health defect and killer these days and yet no one is paying attention to it.

This contest will enrich those who are going to be making post on the topic. This is a type of contest that should be encouraged.

Personally, I have taken note of it. Thanks for this opportunity.

@eurogee

Hi, @eurogee. It's a pleasure to have you here again.

Hypertension is a common health defect and killer these days and yet no one is paying attention to it.

It's a pity that only a few pay attention to hypertension.

This contest will enrich those who are going to be making post on the topic. This is a type of contest that should be encouraged

Certainly, the contest would enrich and enlighten contestants. Thank you too for the support. Steem on!

This is indeed timely as this killer is sending many to their early graves . We really need awareness on this deadly disease , especially the prevention. Thank you for this post
