IN AN ORDINARY PARLANCE, WHO IS AN ARTISAN AND WHO IS OUR TARGET?

Hello Steemit, you are welcome to "the artisan blog" on the steem block-chain. We sincerely apologize for not posting for a while, We are sincerely sorry about that and we hope to correct things as soon as possible.
Well, we cannot wait to be feeding your eyes and thirst for crafts, art and undiluted skills from different artisans.

Briefly, in order to solve the riddle behind this and the whole chronicles behind @theartisangroup I will elucidate upon these;

Who do we refer to as an Artisan?
Who or What category of people are were target for the block-chain?
Why particular about craft/skills

WHO DO WE REFER TO AS AN ARTISAN

Generally, everybody is a potential Artisan but the distinct is at the point of specialty and expertise.
According to Dictionary.com, it gave the definition as thus;

"a person that is skilled in an applied art, or a person/company that makes a high-quality or very distinctive product in small quantities, usually by hand or using traditional or crude methods"
An Artisan is a person that is trained in a particular field especially with a wide range of experience cum practicals.

That is, when you refer to an Artisan, the picture you have in mind is a person skillful in a particular field which he/she can be referred to as an "EXPERT"
Nevertheless, we are looking out of the box for as many that are yet to discover their skills too. That is called thinking out of the box.
Meanwhile, as regards the*** target we intend to focus majorly on crafts, skils and business-(locally home-made)*** and the categories are as follows;

1. TYE & DYE CLOTHING

Prior to 21 century, Tye and dye was a source of livelihood for our forefathers & mothers and it was a unique style of craft. The basic of Tye and dye is turning a fabric to multi-colors in a distinct pattern, although, it is an herculean task but it is worthwhile after. We are calling on people with such craft to come explore the power in trading on the steem block-chain . 2. CLOTHING WEAVING (ASO OKE)

Basically, textile are being woven into preferred shape or pattern subject to the discretion of the client. It is a method of textile production in which the two distinct sets of yarns or threads are interlaced to form a fabric. Also methods like knitting, crocheting, felting, and braiding or plaiting can be used. We may be giving out a woven fabric to steemers as gift, so watch out!

3. ARTS AND SCULPTURING

They are really appealing to eye, I cannot but look twice and behold how hands are carving things as though they have life in them. I believe the Steem Block-chain is yet to witness this great crafts, we cannot wait to feed your eye with all these.
