group work -
where the mundane, slow down the productive, kill ideas and take credit for the deserving....

group work only works well with well designed separated and assigned areas of expertise and responsibility..... Opps I'm sorry thats not a group,,,, Thats a heirarchy..... It's like the BS of Agile programming ....
We all no the clients and project managers and project leaders just got thier names changed to Master, Guide, Product Owner, Stakeholder... Because its away of keeping workers constantly working
