THE PRINCIPLE OF POLARITY

GROUNDING

Grounding is the foundation that supports men and women in the path of becoming their true selves. It can be compared to what a foundation is to a building or who a trustworthy and knowledgeable general is to his troops.

By being grounded we enable ourselves to see the things that surround us for what they really are, i.e., from a neutral point of perception, not being subject to a polarized perspective.

Observe the image below and focus on the points 1, 2 and 3, the highest points of influence - everything downfalls from the top.

Point 1 is a neutral point of perspective. When observing things from this point we are able to balance the flow of energy between both extremes (points 2 and 3). Generating a continuous flow of creative energy through our mind, spirit and body.

Points 2 and 3 are polarized, therefore, when observing things solely from one of these points the tendency is to favor our own side. Neglecting everything that is opposed to it. When in reality they are two dependable parts of the same machine - a bird does not fly with one wing.

This results in an unbalanced and conflicted mind, and affects everything below it in the same manner - the spirit and the body.

A state of balance enables men and women to think for themselves, therefore becoming their ultimate influence. Taking into account every cause to every effect, balancing every input and output of energy.

With the mind at the point of neutrality we truly recognize who we are and who we are not. The mind then becomes a true servant. 

HOW TO ACHIEVE BALANCE

First of all, recognize the true laws of the Universe with your mind and heart. Then, align your powers and talents with these laws to create value in whichever form you so desire. By doing this you will be filled with confidence, clarity of mind and vision, inspiration and determination, which translate into definiteness of purpose. 

Definiteness of purpose is key. It keeps the mind from running astray.

Second of all, expose yourself as frequently as possible to the elements of fire, water, air and earth.

Remember how you felt the last time you came in contact with these elements. The pleasant and comforting energy of each one of them. These elements power the reality in which we live. Take away just one of them, then what happens?

The outdoors have a combination of all these elements, especially the beach. Fireplaces, grass paved yards and water bodies can be great additions to our home space. 

CONCLUSION

Being neutral does not mean being passive. Keep in mind that passiveness causes stagnation, and ultimately death. Being neutral means being aware of circumstances, and taking into account every consequence that may derive from every action before engaging.

The ultimate mission is that of creation and abundance. It matters not if whatever is at stake at any given moment is perceived as valuable and worth preserving. Always keep the higher mission above all priorities.

In addition, realize that it does not matter whether people are good or bad.The Universe responds to deserve not to need, i.e., for any desired state, outcome or result, the preceding cause for its fulfillment must take place or the effect cannot occur.

Make sure to be ready to confront the consequences of every action taken with your mind, spirit and body, and if not ready, ask yourself what can be done for you to be, then put yourself in that position. 

Do whatever necessary to get what is desired without disregarding the laws of the Universe. Remember, both action and inaction produce results. 

Most people focus their efforts on being good, trying not to be bad. But all comes down to VALUE and INTENT.
