Would I but groestlcoin?
Groestlcoin - (GRS)
Personally I look at all the coins that can be mined / proof of work. At the time of writing, GRS has a market cap of $50,889,425 USD and a price of 0.724149 USD. It's certainly lower than the dec 2017 highs.
Fast, private and very very low transaction fees. Although the market cap is a little too low for my taste, it does fit a lot of my criteria.
