You can use exportstats1 command to get complete SSV files. The command will be improved in the future, but now it just dumps data from blockchain to textfile and optionally can average several of the rows together to reduce the amount of data. Second, Net Weight is just a smoothed difficulty, so it does not really add much value to plot that.
