I would defend with Freedom of Speech (and Write), but legal is as full of holes as gridcoin source.
Also I suggest to save this wbepage (File->Save page as) to save the poor lawyer from copy-typing the text from your screenshot image.

I've also just learned they've sent some absolutely shocking emails to some professional colleagues in the BOINC community.
