Poll Validation Requirements
A whitelist poll is approved if the majority vote yes, it gets an active vote weight of 40% or greater, and the above steps are met. If it passes, the project is now on the whitelist. Active vote-weight (AVW) is a calculated by the average of the vote weight actively securing the network for the duration of the poll, plus the network magnitude, less the magnitude of any crunching pools. The formula for AVW is:
AVW = (AverageDifficulty x 9544371.769) + (TotalNetworkMagntiude - AveragePoolMagnitude)(AverageMoneySupply)/(5.67 x TotalNetworkMagnitude)
