I'm working on a Gridcoin paper wallet
Recently on slack @zigzagoonballoon wrote that he really likes the design of the dogecoin paper wallet and he sent graphics of a Gridcoin paper wallet.
I really like the idea of a Gridcoin paper wallet and so I forked the dogecoin paper wallet and changed the source code to generate Gridcoin keys (and addresses) and used the artwork from @zigzagoonballoon to make the paper wallet Gridcoinish.
The paper wallet should already work fine although I would recommend to test the keys before sending any funds.
I will do some testing on my on and later on I will replace the old dogecoin images with Gridcoin images.

Ha! I was waiting for this project to show up on steemit! As discussed on Slack, this is another great milestone for GRC. Just what we need to be done. With the fact the biggest issue of GRC adoption is complicated wallet to setup and sync, I'm sure this will help in adoption to a great level. It's impressive to see how much is done for simplicity of GRC in December it continues even further in 2018. Best of luck @grider123! If you need any help, reach out at anytime.

I recently got into the gridcoins because of your faucet.
I will test it. It's not released yet. I just showed the work in progress so anybody can give feedback :)
Nice work! Give me a shout if you need some nice 'product shots' of the paper wallet - I usually have my camera to hand and a high quality artwork printer, so can get you some really decent looking images to replace the dogecoin ones if you'd like :)
Would also suggest switching the font out from Comic Sans to the more Gridcoin-themed Source Sans Pro. Dogecoin can rock Comic Sans in a kind of semi-ironic way, but I don't think it works for anyone else :)
