how exactly do bounties work? is there some formalized system for donating funds, or is it just a forum post?

there is a Gridcoin address where people can send their donation to (this makes sure the person who wants the bounty later also gets the bounty fast)
it also specifies the conditions for the bounty being paid out (of course as donator you could specify more conditions)
