Green Waste Energy Inc. ("GWE"), a Delaware corporation, owns patent-pending thermal conversion technology ("C6 Technology") capable of converting all forms of municipal solid waste ("MSW"), construction debris, commercial waste, tires, etc. into green electricity in a non-burn, non-polluting process. Our business model is to build, own and operate Green Energy Centers ("GECs") that produce green electricity for sale and to license C6 Technology to third party developers.
