Physical Activity and Childhood Obesity.

Physical activity plays an important role in the prevention of becoming overweight and obese in childhood and adolescence, and reducing the risk of obecity in adulthood.

Increased weight in children has implications for both the child's body and his / her psychosis.

1. The respiratory systemis burdened.
2. The liveraccumulates fat, which makes it difficult to function.
3. Fataccumulates and around the heart. Increased body weight results in an increased risk of developing cardiovascular disease at an early age.
4. "Belly" is a sign of central type of obesity, which is particularly aggravating for the onset of type 2 diabetes, even from childhood.
5. Increased weightaffects the joints, especially the lower limbs.
6. Finally the frustration they feel from their imageleads them to a bad relationship with their body and low self-esteem, while some of them get depressed.

As older, we try to guide children to better eating habits,
to become sporting standards
and we do not judge them for their weight.
