Hello @glenalbrethsen, actually this is just a hall. I newly built two for expansion for my farm and it is a solo endeavour and fully financed by me, though having financial assistance will save me time and also help me expand (😀😊)
Poultry is a really good business in my area and very profitable, as a matter of fact i resigned from work to come home to farm. Another business to go with this is poultry feed sales and i am venturing into this too...
Farming is great business, it only requires funds to start. The profit is also increasing...😊😊😊
It's sad seeing genuine guys who need assistance in terms of low-interest loans turned down in favour of people not creating any value simply because one lacks collateral or whatever excuses banks come up with whenever loan is required. Poultry is a super profitable business but quite capital intensive. I know this for a fact. Keep pushing.
