GRATITUDE DAY 36/62 HAPPY Eid Al-Fitr to all muslims
And so today is a D day for all muslims as it marks the end of their 30 days fasting, zamfara is not an exemption as everywhere today is colourful.
Every junction in gusau zamfara state today looked loke this...
The big men of Gusau bought cows, slaughtered them and gave it out to people that could not afford to buy to celebrate the break of fast. This wooowed me and it convinced me more about the the love hausa people have for themselves .
It is not limited to meat sharing alone, people also brought live chicken to junctions, slaughter am and sold it out in little or no prices, this is so fantastic!!!

It is evening already and people full market to buy things for celebrations, its not always this great in my place this is one of the reasons i bless NYSC for posting me to the north.
Lets hope to see how the celebration goes tomorrow...
