A short gratitude post.
I'm grateful that I was able to talk on Skype with a friend of mine yesterday. I'm also grateful that I talked with a different friend today. I'm very grateful for the person who's offering his services as my windows to Linux transition specialist.
I have absolutely no experience installing Linux and/or burning ISO files. this person lives across the country from me, but he's going to make a flash drive with Vinux on it and send it to me. He said he would talk me through the install on the phone. The installation is probably the worst part for me. After that I can pretty much find anything.
