More grasses and some pods
This is actually a little sedge, called Cyperus rupestris and although sedges are mostly found in swampier ground, these grow all over the hill in places where there are rock sheets and water collects when it rains.
Autumn is setting in and the grasses and summer-flowering plants are starting to set seeds
Although these look like they could be the seeds of the grass above, they aren't, this is called Eragrostis racemosa or narrow-heart love grass.
These are Indigofera seed pods, the pods are quite round for a plant that belongs to the pea family. They remind me of little worm cocoons
Me gusta la hierba de amor... y las vainas de Indigofera, parecen racimos de maníes verdes.
They all have interesting shapes
In our meadows, and especially near the rivers, many sedges grow. I remember in childhood that we hurt her legs on her hard leaves when running barefoot through a meadow.
Those must be very hard, then
Oh, the third one always pops up in my front yard!
A wild pea?
yeah, the little balls
The second photo is very nice!
