Personally, I would love to hear more of why you have gotten such grades and what you plan to do. Honestly, I was in the same situation as you in the past. I did badly especially in Chinese but one day, I just realized that I was not studying for all the wrong reasons. I started treating exams like my favorite game at that time, starcraft. I worked out which subjects I didn't do well and why and improve my grades one subject at a time. I'm sure you can do the same too!
