In order to investigate alleged war crimes in Yemen under the United Nations, the Netherlands has presented the revised draft of the proposed resolution on Thursday, so that Saudi Arab consent can be conferred.
This modified draft is presented at a time when voting will be made on the resolution today. The Netherlands has submitted a revised draft in the United Nations Human Rights Council that it will be distributed before the Friday debate. It has been asked to inquire from 'Leading Expert International Group'.
Prior to this, the Netherlands had drafted a draft of the 'International Inquiry Commission', which is according to the UN principles.

It could not be immediately evident that Saudi Arabia is willing to investigate with well-known experts. Saudi Arabia had agreed to the United Nations Human Rights Organization during the last few years that the investigation done by Yemen will be more suitable.
Saudi Arabia and its allies have been bombarding supporters of the Iran-supported Haiti movement in Yemen. This series began in the year 2015 when the peoples began to occupy the northern part of Yemen.
UN Human rights chief Zeded Radd Hussein promised 47 members of the organization to conduct independent investigations of war in which thousands of people were killed, the Yemeni economy was destroyed and millions of people reached the age of famine.
Saudi Arabia says its military alliance is fighting against the terrorists and is helping Yemen's real government. But Zaid Radh Hussein's office says that majority of civilians killed by aerial strikes of the military alliance in Saudi Arabia.

A Saudi Union's investigative panel on Yemen's death announces that most of its air strikes were accurate.

After the draft submitted by the Netherlands, France has pressured a compromise that is not a member of the Council itself.
France's Foreign Ministry spokeswoman says: "We are working to restrict the international outlook of the investigative procedure especially in human rights violations in Yemen."

This statement from France is a message for Britain and the United States who want to agree on a resolution in this matter.

Remember that Saudi Arabia threatened economic measures against voters who voted for a proposed resolution of international human rights violations.

The resolution was jointly submitted by the Netherlands and Canada to investigate the alleged war crimes in Yemen, in which the full investigation commission was requested.
The Saudi ambassador in Geneva refused to react to the so-called talks.
