Law

Law is a system of rules that are created and enforced by governmental institutions to regulate behavior. Law is the set of rules decided by a particular state meant for the purpose of keeping the peace and security of the society. The courts may enforce this system of rules and punish people who break the laws, by another penalty including the jail. It is a system that ensures that individuals adhere to the will of the state.

The private individuals can create legally binding contracts, including arbitration agreements that may elect to accept alternative arbitration to the normal court process. The law shapes politics, economics, history an society in various ways and serves as a mediator of relations between people.
