Marc Andreessen discussed the government overreach in the Biden and Obama admins with Rogan.

On it, he revealed that over 30 tech founders were sanctioned and de-banked just because the government wanted control over their tech or to shut them down to protect their competition they already controlled.

In the second clip below, Andreessen talks about the demands the Biden admin made for AI and that it was the most disturbing meeting he'd even been in.
