Putin is smart on this one. He sees the potential. The US is trying to regulate it while he is trying to dominate it. That is the difference between the two countries. Putin tells the banksters to go fly a kite (or has them shot) while our political establishment is owned by them.
The average person needs to amass coins...it is the future of wealth.
