I actually pass the area almost daily xD and well, it doesn't really look as seen on the picture altho yes, it definitely creates a better vibe to the city. They're clean as numerous students project are being held there as it was low-income part of the city. I myself have taught a children over there as part of my faculty volunteering teaching program.
I see, yes I believe it probably needs more help then just a new coloured house. Step by step I guess
