Golf and Travel Show 2018

Hey all!

Visited the Golf and Travel show near Dulles Airport last weekend. Let me say that if you are a golfer, its a worth a visit when it comes to your town!

Vendors- the golf supply vendors that made an appears had a good showing with lots of products. Dont get too excited about getting amazing deals though. I found that better deals could be found online for the clubs, hats, clothing etc. The only thing i found great deals on are the golf balls since they had many vendors for slightly used golf balls.

Fun Activities- Putting challenge, longest drive challenge, and a hole in one challenge were the only fun activities available. Each cost $5 and you did not recieve many attempts but if your good/lucky enough then no worries! Haha.

Golftec Fitting and lessons- 100% worth the free 2 min swing analysis! In 2 min they were able to identify a flaw in my swing that i took to the course and corrected it immediately....it helped. No affiliation with them but would highly reccomend if you have the time and money, get a lesson or two. Technology these days can be the difference in a 20 handicap and a 10 handicap or better.
