While I was out exploring Toronto yesterday, I went to check out the @goldmoney-inc flagship office. I was told to go there by @goldmatters. We have previously chatted about Goldmoney, Menē and all they have to offer. To be completely honest with you all, before I walked in I wouldn’t have been able to tell you exactly what they do and why they do it. However, when I walked in the employees Paris, Rene, and Mahmoud were so welcoming and willing to break it all down for me.

While Goldmoney is mostly an online service, they opened a branch in Toronto for existing and potential clients to visit in person. In fact, the branch that I visited is the Toronto branch. Saint-Hélier and New York are coming soon! Every Goldmoney branch will include a library of books for sale, the latest Goldmoney Insights research, Goldmoney gear, and brochures. The Goldmoney Mission & What They Do

The Goldmoney mission is to make physical gold and precious metals available to everyone. They designed the Goldmoney Holding to provide their clients with the lowest possible prices for dealing and storage while delivering the highest level of security and transparency. Purchasing Cryptocurrencies And Safe Storage

The unique thing about Goldmoney and purchasing/selling cryptocurrencies through them, is that they offer security. Goldmoney stores cryptocurrencies in offline, password protected hardware wallets that are referred to as ‘cold storage.’ You can do this yourself by purchasing a ledger of course, but not everyone is able to figure out how to do so. The cryptocurrencies that they currently offer are Bitcoin and Ethereum.

Their line is designed by Diana Picasso, yes, Picasso’s granddaughter herself. Most gold jewelry is dipped in gold, but when you feel one of these pieces, you can tell by the weight that its the real deal. What I like most is the pricing, since I’m an investor at heart, I don’t like when the things I purchase loose value overtime. We all know that as more time passes the overall trend of gold is either steady or up. Menē jewelry is transparently priced by gram weight. The total value of items is comprised of two important figures,

1. Menē Daily Precious Metal Value – This is the real-time value of the pure gold and platinum within each jewelry item. This value becomes yours upon purchase and serves as accessible savings for the future.
2. Menē Fee – The fee that Menē earns on each piece sold, which is roughly 20% of the Precious Metal Value. This fee includes all design, manufacturing, shipping, and insurance costs.

Most jewelers don’t do this and its what makes them so unique. You can even sell it back, even when the price changes, its almost like trading but owning something you can wear at the same time. They also offer platinum products. Its the first time that I experienced something this amazing. I’m currently saving for my first piece of Menē.
